Alison has been running road, track, cross country, trail, and mountain races since 2009.
Over the years, she has gained in-depth knowledge through experience and research on how to be a successful athlete to push physical and mental limits while remaining healthy and balanced. Her coaching journey began in 2019 and has since evolved to what is now Rhythm Run Coaching.
Beyond running, Alison enjoys mountain and road biking, backcountry skiing, writing, pottery, and baking.
