Mobility for Runners

Mobility refers to the joints of the body, whereas stretching refers to soft tissue. Both are integral parts of an athlete’s toolbox. Mobility exercises help with recovery, reduce soreness, improve running efficiency, and generally an overall feeling of “freshness”.
